Mark Ellerker is responsible for personal information sent to Mark Ellerker Coaching. You can contact me at markellerker@googlemail.com or on 07362 645658.

If you contact me, I receive the details you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number and message. I use these to respond to your enquiry and, if we agree to work together, to arrange and provide coaching. The basis for responding to an enquiry is my legitimate interest in communicating with prospective clients; if we arrange coaching, I also use information as needed to take steps towards and fulfil our agreement.

Please avoid sending detailed health information in an initial website enquiry. We can discuss what information is useful and how it will be handled before working together.

The form on this site opens your own email app with a draft message. Nothing is sent until you choose to send it. The site does not store the form message. If you contact me by email, phone or WhatsApp, your message is handled through those services. WhatsApp is operated by Meta and has its own privacy terms. I do not use this website for advertising tracking or analytics.

I keep enquiry messages only while they are needed to respond and manage a potential or ongoing coaching relationship, or where a legal obligation requires me to keep a record. I review and delete information when it is no longer needed. I do not sell your personal information. Email, telephone and messaging providers process communications on my behalf or as independent providers; their systems may operate outside the UK.

You can ask to see, correct or delete personal information I hold about you, and you may object to or ask me to restrict some uses. These rights depend on the circumstances.
